Refund & Returns Policy
At Cambridge Research Peptides, we supply products strictly for laboratory research purposes only. Due to the nature of sealed chemical research materials, returns are limited as set out below.
1. Returns & Refunds
Under UK consumer law, sealed goods may be exempt from cancellation once opened where they are not suitable for return for health or safety reasons.
Returns are therefore only accepted in the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged item
- You received an incorrect item
- The product materially differs from its description
We cannot accept returns where the delivery address was entered incorrectly.
Customers must notify us of any issue within 3 days of delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
- The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The return must be authorised by our team in advance
Once returned and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Orders placed in error or change of mind
- Items reported outside the stated timeframe
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. Courier services cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Orders placed before the stated cut-off time are normally dispatched the same business day for next-working-day delivery (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Fridays may be dispatched on Saturday for Monday delivery where possible.
